Refund Policy

REFUND ELIGIBILITY Refunds depend on the product purchased, fare or room conditions, supplier rules, cancellation timing, payment status and applicable consumer law. PROCESS In production, a cancellation request should first determine supplier eligibility, applicable penalties and the refundable amount. The payment refund should then be initiated through the original payment method where supported and tracked until completion. TIMELINES Supplier and bank processing times can differ. Display a realistic estimate only after the relevant live provider confirms its process.
