1. ACCEPTANCE By using the platform, a user agrees to the applicable terms, policies and booking conditions shown before purchase. This template requires legal review for your actual operating entity and jurisdiction. 2. PLATFORM ROLE Voyanta is designed as a travel discovery and booking interface. In a production deployment, the contractual role may vary by product and supplier. Clearly identify whether the company acts as agent, intermediary, reseller or principal for each service. 3. STATIC DEMONSTRATION INVENTORY This release contains fictional or seeded travel inventory. A simulated confirmation is not a real airline ticket, hotel reservation, railway ticket, bus booking or insurance contract. 4. PRICES The server calculates the displayed booking total from seeded inventory, taxes, configured service fee and eligible discounts. Production prices remain subject to live supplier availability until confirmed. 5. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Real change, cancellation and refund rights depend on the booked fare or product, supplier terms and applicable law. These conditions must be shown before production payment. 6. ACCOUNTS Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials and providing accurate traveller information. Suspicious, abusive or unlawful use may be restricted. 7. PROHIBITED USE Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected content, interfere with service operation, commit fraud or use booking features for unlawful activity. 8. LIABILITY Production limitations of liability, force majeure, supplier responsibility and dispute terms must be drafted for the real business model and reviewed by qualified counsel.
